For orders requiring advance notice (e.g., custom cakes, large orders), we kindly request a minimum of two weeks notice for cancellations.

For orders with shorter lead times (e.g., standard menu items), we appreciate as much notice as possible.

Cancellation Fees:

Cancellations made within the designated timeframe will not incur any cancellation fees.

Cancellations made outside of the designated timeframe may be subject to a cancellation fee, which will be communicated to you at the time of cancellation.

Refunds:

If applicable, any payments made for cancelled orders will be refunded in accordance with our refund policy.

Refunds may be subject to deductions for any expenses already incurred in preparation for your order.
